Five Below - Shop NY (Near Batavia)

Alexandra Confort I’m writing this after just leaving I was in the store on 10/21/25 and the cashier I just had was AMAZING. I wish I caught her name but she was the only one up there 6:10 PM. She was so helpful although I was asking a bunch of questions and with it being towards the end of the day I understand how I could have easily been considered annoying but she had a great attitude and was so sweet! Someone needs to give that girl a raise!

BOB SAGGET Surprised by the large variety of things. Clothes, housewares, lotions, books, puzzles, etc. All good quality. I spent over $300 but still feel like I needed to buy more things because they carry a lot of stuff you think you could use.

Connie Kwok Great Walmart experience! We went early on a Saturday and really appreciated how calm and uncrowded the store was. There was plenty of staff around, all very friendly and helpful. The store itself was extremely organized, and I was especially impressed with the produce area—everything looked fresh, well-stocked, and very clean. I used self-checkout, and staff was available right away to assist, which made the process quick and easy.

Denise Ayrhart This is by far the best thrift store in my area. I have found so many new to me clothes in excellent condition compared to another large thrift store in the area their prices are cheap I have lost so much weight in the past year I figured why buy new? These clothes are new to me. The staff are friendly also. Clean store exceptional choice of clothes to choose from . I also love how they put clothes in the color section they belong with. Awesome store!

Eneroliza Gregorio I usually shop at HomeGoods in the morning, and the service is excellent. The ladies at the register are always pleasant and helpful. However, the evening crew is the complete opposite — they act like they don’t want to be there and do nothing to help. I will never go back in the afternoon. It’s sad to see that this young generation has no sense of proper customer service.
