5 /5 Katherine W: A great store that benefits a great organization here in Albany (Equinox house). I was especially impressed with their selection of womens businesswear. Found some awesome vintage pieces, and some really good steals including a blazer for $2 bucks. The women working there were also so sweet. Will be returning!

5 /5 Star Anthony: I was in Albany for a conference and played hookie to go thrift shopping. Since I first found Great Finds, I go back every year that I am in Albany. This store gets very nice donations. There is a large selection, yet its well-organized, not crammed in a way the clothes are difficult to look at. I have walked out with 8 nice items for under $100. This might be expensive for some people, but if so, they also have special sales. For me, the icing on the cake is that the store raises money for an organization that supports people with disabilities. As part of that, the shop gives meaningful employment to these people. Everyone has their strengths, so one staff person may be very outgoing and friendly and another one might be shy but good with organizing. Having a family member who has a disability, and knowing how much unemployment this population has, I am very happy to see a workplace like this.

5 /5 Susan Douglas: Love this place! I have been shopping here for years. They give people in our community who struggle with *fill in the blank* an opportunity to work. A basic human right ... The mechandise is based on donations, so they have NO control over the sizes of clothes and shoes. (this is for another poster that seemed miffed over that - seriously?) The prices are fair for an organisation that is trying to sustain this jobs program, in a time of Trump (hes grossly unqualified for the job) and the war on the disenfranchised members of our community. Sometimes the donations include vintage pieces and sometimes they dont (for the poster that was miffed about that - again, seriously?). I have shopped there and watched brides who have little to no money walk out with an amazing wedding gown. I have seen church ladies buy a new hat for Sunday, or a woman buy a suit for her first job after getting back on her feet from a terrible situation. This place is much more than a re-sale store, this place is a gathering spot for all of us who believe in the power of community. On a final note, the people who work there are not rude, they are kind and sweet, and are struggling with *fill in the blank*... so for those of you who demand sales people fall all over you when you walk in a place...this is not the place for you. Please go to the big box corporate stores in the mall, and leave this place to all of us in the community who value, and love this place - and all who work there!!

5 /5 Evelin Boerner: I spend one day in Albany and someone recommended Greatfinds to kill some time. I went and I literally spend an hour in there trying in vintage dresses and stuff on sale. They have a very nice selection of clothing, handbags and shoes, nothing to trashy. I left with 3 bargains for only $12. Ill definitely come back!

5 /5 Sheyenne Wales: I found two dresses I needed for events and the owner and the other worker were so nice enough to watch me try on several dresses and give me their opinions. They were so sweet and the prices for the dress were incredible!! Highly recommend
