Amanda V Had the best experience in a Maurices store. The employees at this store are so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a return and also bought a few items and they helped me use my coupons and rewards for the greatest savings. The store is very organized, clean, and the displays are beautiful. They are constantly sanitizing, especially fitting rooms after they are used. Checkout was very quick and easy. I would highly recommend this Maurices store in the Chautauqua Mall!

Gentleman Kaiju Putting my opinion in cause a lot of reviews are unfair to this location. I shop almost exclusively for pants and boxers here ( lacking in longevity but the comfort is amazing). The workers here have always been kind and attentive to me. You are paying for the brand when you shop here so calling products overpriced and discrediting the location for that seems ubsurd to me.

Jessica Pruitt The general manager working on Friday 9/19/25 WAS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. I was in need of a black dress for a cocktail party the day of and had walked into express and after looking and not having much luck, while helping in the dressing room she kindly went to the back and pulled out the most GORGEOUS dress that I ended up buying and looking fabulous thanks to her.

Alyssa Jennette I visited the store on 8/30 and it was probably the best experience I’ve had in store. The girls were so friendly and funny. They helped me with so many options and really made sure I got something I liked.

Amber Hlywa The best thing to me about Aerie is the use of models with different sizes and abilities. You can walk in and see models who resemble you, which is amazing. The dressing room has stickies written by guests with uplifting messages. I bought a few bralettes during the 40% off sale and they are so soft I can wear them all day comfortably.
