Bob Faughnan I dropped my I-Phone 13 in the parking lot of my store yesterday and didnt realize it. While driving down the road, I suddenly noticed that my phone was not in my work truck. I turned around and went back to my store and as I pulled into my parking lot, I saw it laying on the gravel. apparently, the phone fell out of my pocket, and then I backed over it with a big work truck and squashed it. I get out of my truck and it was upside down when I picked it up the screen was totally shattered and even dented in a little bit so I just figured the phone was history. I tried to call my carrier, but nobody could speak good English and I got frustrated and hung up. The next morning I spoke to my business account sales rep and I had her order me a new I-Phone 17 Pro but they said it wouldn’t arrive for at least three days cause it was a weekend. However, for the heck of it, I went to Ugly Phones today and within an hour he immediately had the whole thing repaired. I was shocked how he was able to totally restore it in an hour. This man is a genius. I’m gonna tell all my friends to go to ugly phones.

Charlotte s The lady I believe her name is Maria, she is wonderful and super helpful in helping me pick out an outfit everytime I shop. The cashiers are professional. This store always has everything I need when I have an occasion/party to go to. It is always organized and clean. Prices are great especially when they have sales. One stop shop.

Rhea Cutillo This gem of a shop is just darling. It feels luxurious but cozy, with good tunes and welcoming vibes. Just a super special secret shop on the Hudson strip, and the curation is fabulous. Clare Bare made me a custom set after my visit, and it fits better than anything I’ve ever worn. Impeccable craftsmanship in her work!
