Loly’s Thrift - Shop NY (Near Corona)

Jae Mc A nice little center on Main Street in Waterloo, NY. There are a few shops left- Waterloo Eye Care, Nail Salon, Barber Shop, and Mexican Restaurant. Its not really something a tourist would go see, all of these places are more suited to local services. The Shop Center is located in the center of town; there is parking out front on Main Street or if you drive to the light in the middle of town and go North on Virginia Street, there is a parking lot you can turn in to that leads to the back entrance where you can access the stores. The Post Office is right across the street as well as Ciccinos Restaurant which has excellent food. Whether local or stopping in from out of town, Id recommend going to the First Dragon Chinese Restaurant that is adjacent to the Shop Center.

Shae A Fantastic interaction with Hank’s Belts. I was wanting their Everyday Belt - 1.5” but they only ship to the USA. My girlfriend used a ship service and got it here for me! Customer service was very helpful in figuring out the proper sizing and that everything went smoothly. Love this belt, I’ll be wearing it for years.

Maya I was able to process my return successfully which I appreciated. However the customer service was less than ideal. Melissa spoke rudely to me when I tried to explain something about my return and I waited for several minutes before I was notified at the counter and assisted.

Rebecca Ellis Had a wonderful experience at the westchester location today. The location is a little smaller than i am used to but the staff was very helpful. Chelsea accommodated me with everything i needed and even found the sizes i needed and offered to order items in the size i needed to be shipped directly to my house in Miami. she checked on me and even checked me out at the end and wished me a safe flight back to Miami. i truly don’t like shopping in person cause it can be a hassle sometimes but Chelsea made the experience very positive. thank you Chelsea and to Aritzia for hiring sweet thoughtful people to service their customers!
