5 /5 J A: I am new to the area and have used New City Laundry for the past month, and I couldnt be happier with my experience! A tidy, well-lit environment and helpful staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in. I think it is a family-run business, and it is evident that the staff cares about providing top-notch service. The machines are well-maintained and easy to use, and there are a variety of sizes available. I was able to wash everything from small loads to a bulky Queen-sized comforter.
Additionally, the laundromat is equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV, snack and beverage vending machines, and plenty of seating, making it very comfortable while waiting. The folding area is great too—very spacious and clean.
I was hesitant to use a wash and fold service, as I have had some bad experiences in the past, but New City Laundry is different! I was particularly impressed with how well my clothes came out; everything was fresh, clean, and perfectly folded. The prices are also very reasonable.
Overall, New City Laundry exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient laundromat. And there’s free parking to boot!
