5 /5 k stran: I never leave Google reviews for big stores and such like old navy but I couldn’t find a place to leave a comment on your website and I just wanted to leave a note about how exceptional the whole team was there this afternoon around 12. Not a ton of shoppers in the store and the women working made it their duty to be on top of clean up and helping the customers that were there. Everyone was so nice and friendly, very personable, amazing with my young kids. It was a breath of fresh air. And to the one employee who took over putting the 15+ shirts and outfits my daughter had thrown in the cart while I wasn’t looking, thank you so much. Yes it’s in your job description but most employees at stores these days go out of their way to almost avoid talking to customers. The customer service at Batavia old navy was outstanding today. (And the sales and selection were great too!)
