5 /5 Hudson Valley Reviewer: Old Navy in Poughkeepsie is in absolutely great shape, and every time I stop in here it feels like the store just keeps getting better. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean and well-organized everything is. The shelves are neat, the tables are folded perfectly, and the aisles are easy to walk through without anything thrown around or out of place. You can tell the staff here really takes pride in keeping the store looking sharp. The selection is always solid too — tons of jeans, hoodies, kids’ clothes, and seasonal stuff, all fully stocked and easy to find. I appreciate when a store actually feels ready for customers instead of looking picked over, and this Old Navy definitely delivers on that. Prices are clearly marked, the fitting rooms are clean, and checkout is fast and friendly. What really stands out is how welcoming the store feels. The employees greet you, offer help if you need it, and let you shop comfortably without pressure. It’s the kind of location you don’t mind coming back to because you already know it’s going to be a smooth, pleasant shopping experience. If you’re looking for a clean, organized Old Navy with great customer service and plenty of good finds, this is definitely the one to visit. Highly recommended — 5 stars.

5 /5 Chimére L. Sweeney: Easy to shop; nice staff; and easy for me to make online returns and exchanges. Wearing a Powersoft sports bra in like a sky blue color. I rock these as coverage for outside paired with hoodies or over shirts. Comfortable, flexible, and holds me in tightly.

2 /5 Harrison Lu: The store is nice and fine but do not sign up for their credit card service. Its through a 3rd party company so Old Navy cant even help you if you run into trouble. You have to deal with the 3rd party to resolve your balance, and they have predatory late fees without grace periods or 1st time forgiveness. The store is fine, but never sign up for the credit card.

4 /5 Bab. yzz: Loved the prices, quality and variety but watch out for those yellow heavy metal hangers in the dressing rooms. Almost knocked me out. Would recommend they be placed on the back wall behind the door instead of so close to the opening/entrance. Head trauma hazard

We will definitely be coming back to this location, they’re store is well kept, organized, and there are plenty of registers which means you aren’t waiting long to pay! Alexis (I think that was her name- senior lead) Took care of us at the register. She was friendly, attentive and helpful ! I wanted to exchange my pants I ordered online for a different size (which I found while shopping) and It was awesome because she was able to price match !! How awesome ??! Definitely recommend this location, really organized and sweet people!
