1 /5 Syd: I would like to preface this, I have never once left a review, let alone a bad one. I shop here all the time and am constantly met with rude behavior from an employee here. She is most likely in her 30s and always has an unwelcoming and mean demeanor to her. Today I went in and asked for a room. She acted insanely rude because I had asked her to repeat herself about the swapping of items since I had more than 5. I can’t even describe how rude she was about the situation. My bf even said how uncomfortable it made him and how mean she was to me. The OTHER CUSTOMERS also made a weird face about how she was speaking to me. I have genuinely never been spoken to by an employee this way in my entire life. This was not the first time she has treated me and other customers like this. She genuinely seems miserable doing her job and doesn’t care about customers whatsoever. This is now the fourth time I have had a rude encounter with this individual and it genuinely makes me not want to shop here anymore. I will say, the other employees here are usually nice, but this certain individual should not have a job in customer service.

5 /5 Kayla Grippe: I drove out to Albany to find some new jeans. While shopping alone, I experienced uncertainty regarding suitable options. Fortunately, a female employee with extremely long hair and glasses provided exceptional assistance. She adeptly explained the latest trends and presented various garments that she believed would flatter my appearance. Her assistance was truly commendable and enhanced my shopping experience.

1 /5 Kaila M: went to pacsun today was very upset with the way i was treated. The lady in the red dress was yelling at customers and telling them to get out because they forgot to count their teams. She also screamed at me and my friend because we both had 7 items. I understand and respect store policy but there is no need to scream at customers who are just trying to shop. If she had been more nice about it I wouldn’t feel so attacked.

5 /5 Firstname Lastname: Amazing time shopping there. A lady with black hair helped me purchase some jeans for my son. She was very friendly and the transaction was quite fast. She was very patient with me having card issues as well.

1 /5 Carly OBrien: Piece of advice for old blonde lady with glasses I recommend you give your paying customers more respect and courtesy. Had a rude interaction with her trying to return a product I bought online. Didn’t greet me in a nice manor. Proceeded to have an issue that I didn’t return it in the 30 day time period, there’s no pacsun store near where I live hence the reason I ordered the product which didn’t fit me. Asks for my card and Id then proceeds to tell me she can’t return my money to my card and can only give me store credit. Which isn’t a problem I said okay and she replied with your only getting 20$ back do you want the store credit ? Asked me this twice. Obviously if I’m here to return something I’m going to want something in return for the product I bought let’s use context clues. Also stated that her giving me store credit for what I purchased was something the store didn’t do after 30 days and next time she wouldn’t do the return for me even though I had the receipt. Even after I told her there’s no pacsun near where I live because I don’t live in Albany. When searching up pacsuns policies this obviously isn’t true and her giving me store credit wasn’t doing me a favor, just doing her job with a bad attitude. Wasn’t an extremely out of hand situation but I came in with no issues and a positive attitude and left feeling disrespected. Won’t be shopping at that pacsun again if she is working.
