1 /5 Dakota Staten: I am a xxs-xs in normal clothes. i came here about a year ago to see if they had clothes that fit me and they did just so. Now coming back a year later and 5lbs heavier i swim in their clothes. They need to keep stores for petite women.

2 /5 Jen Schupp: Brought my son here to go shopping as he likes the clothing in this store. We normally go to Jersey but we had a return we had to make and Jersey was to far. The women behind the counter was very off putting. She wasn’t rude at first. I made my return and went to purchase a few other items. She took my information for my account and said I had no coupons. Now I always take a picture of my coupons prior to entering a store because I not always have service. When I showed her this her entire attitude change and she became very rude and obnoxious. It was like she thought I was lying about my discount. She wasn’t going to give me my 15% when I was able to sign on and give her my phone on the actual internet. She huffed and puffed and gave me the discount. Now I will say I went into to other stores in this mall where the employees literally handed me extra discounts because everyone knows school clothes aren’t cheap and everyone is having a hard time right now. It’s employees like this that will hurt these small store and eventually put them out of business m. I will never go back to this store when they allow their employees to act like this. Just for reference she was a very tall larger scale women in her late 20’s early thirties with dark black hair.

5 /5 I AM brOKen: Always fun to walk into this store....the vibe is fantastic and the employees create it. That being said, once you make it past the smiles the selection is what it is. Nice clothing at a somewhat decent price. Some great deals are always available

1 /5 Olivia Larocca: I went into pacsun yesterday night. The manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional. Me and my friend were shopping and 2 out of the 3 employees were just gossiping the whole time…not good customer service. They both made very akward comments. NOT GOING THERE AGAIN.

1 /5 hannah luck: during the christmas time i have been ordering clothes as gifts for people i do not recommend ordering from here it takes super long to come. i still never got my package!
