5 /5 Hudson Valley Reviewer: Poughkeepsie Galleria – A Great Place to Shop, Walk, and Spend the Day The Poughkeepsie Galleria absolutely deserves a full 5-star review from me. Every time I visit, I’m reminded why this mall remains one of the best places in the Hudson Valley to shop and relax. The mall has a huge variety of stores, so no matter what you’re looking for — clothes, shoes, electronics, furniture, gifts, or even a snack — you’ll always find something. It’s the kind of place where you can walk in with no plan and walk out with a great deal and a good experience. The atmosphere is clean, bright, and well taken care of. You don’t feel rushed or crowded, and the layout makes it easy to move around and explore at your own pace. There are plenty of comfortable spots to sit, the food options cover everything from quick bites to full meals, and the holiday decorations always bring the place to life. One thing I appreciate most is how friendly and helpful the employees are throughout the mall. Whether it’s security, store staff, or food court workers, everyone is professional and makes you feel welcome. It’s a place you can bring family, kids, or friends and know you’ll have a positive experience every time. Overall, the Poughkeepsie Galleria continues to be a reliable, enjoyable mall with something for everyone. Highly recommended — 5 stars.

5 /5 amy rosario: Going for ice cream and Crepes!!! They have so many flavors of ice cream, sorbet, icy treats, and milkshakes. The ice cream I tried was creamy and flavorful with just the right sweetness. The Dubai chocolate crepe was soft and rich and felt perfectly balanced. Together it made a delicious treat that I would definitely come back for.

Due to their lack of taking accountability & doing the right thing I need to. My daughter tried to reason with them they were rude, unapologetic and dishonorable in handling the situation. I will also be contacting the health department, Dutchess County chamber of commernce & better business bureau. This is my review: Disappointed & disgusted plus unsanitary: My daughter booked a party. Got there and the room was still dirty from the previous party ( food crumbs & floor dirty). The girl wiped the table off & heavily sprayed with fabreeze to clean it then said maybe you can use this for your party ( the left over stuff from the party), "uh NO". From what I understand was last week. Broken chairs, no garbage can ( had to ask for bags) , walls with peeled off stuff, broken bathrooms and more. The coat hook was broken off the wall and just thrown on the floor. Service was horrible people were not told where party was and walked aimlessly looking for us. The girl said she told them but I experienced it for myself that she did not. Also she had adults with no kids fill out waivers, its only for kids.if they dont clean the room imagine, do they clean the slides and ball pit? hmm Im gagging just thinking about it. The girl there lied to my face and said she told my daughter about the broken bathrooms then turned around and apologized for not telling her. So which version is it? No manager available and no compensation for the horrible experience. My daughter said they did not charge her the $50 cleaning fee Not enough for such a horrible experience. They should have paid her for doing the rest of the cleaning before setting up our party. I have pictures to prove it. Their No mess NO stress only full party fun is a bunch of false advertising. For hose who attended I ask you to please do a review of your experience. Many of you told us you were telling friends and family not to go there.

5 /5 Maya Kardashian: What can i say? It’s a good little mall and i love it . The coziness, the quiet atmosphere and beautiful decor and layout. I love how its always clean and is so quiet and never too busy . Just a great mall in Poughkeepsie. And this mall isnt dying, just not as busy.. give it a chance.

4 /5 Dr Shabbir Sayeed: Expecting the usual crowded ambiance of a typical mall, we entered only to feel quite otherwise!!! Very well spread out and spacious, the mall houses a number of brand outlets and provides plenty of scope for young kids to expend their energy. Much quieter than expected, the shopping could be done in an unhurried and leisurely manner. The food court was a pitstop for most shoppers, while Target offered a chance to do the daily grocery shopping, as well. Plenty of seating options available along the corridors was a blessing to take breaks in between bursts of shopping or just browsing. Overall, we had a relaxed afternoon on a weekend. Time well spent, indeed.
