Richard Buck What’s right: So the store is clean and decently organized. Store was stocked with a good selection of sizes in the men’s department. (Exception being underwear I guess there are a lot of medium build guys in ulster county) Quick cashiers. Patricia gets a gold star she saved me money and was super efficient. Professional and friendly. She certainly did not have her cell phone sitting next to her like most cashiers these days. What’s wrong: Digital price displays do not work throughout the store. I was never asked by a single employee if I needed any help. Despite passing five Instore. Surprising that they sell some higher named brands

WAX ON WAX OFF Love this place. Super clean and everything is very easy to find. Great selection of everything Pants, tshirts, underwear and more. My cashier was amazing and very helpful. Olivia was her name. Thank you for everything.

Cindy Madar This khols on memorial drive isnt one of the largest khols to shop in but it suits my needs and I can find exactly what I need without hunting around fir it because of the smaller size. I use my khols cash which always saves me money and who doesnt enjoy saving money? Today Id like to focus on an outstanding employee who is a floor associate working for kholes. I received Kyra permission to take a picture of her and told her Id write an excellent Google review seeing as she went out of her way to help and assist me. The day I went shopping I walked into Kholes I had limited time because I was in between apointments. I spotted Kyra working by the jewlery department and asked where the shoe department was. She immediately directed me by telling me straight back to the store ( by the large sign) turn right and you will see it. Thank you Kyra. Heading back to the store I needed to pick up nylons. Kyra was busy working I asked her where the stocking were. She not only told me were I could find the stocking but walked me over and explained the stocking were going to be discontinued at khols.( apparently at other stores as well. Well be ordering on line soon) she also offered the information all were on clearance and if I found what I needed Id get a good deal. And I did! Also if she hadnt taken the time to assist me I wouldnt have found the stockings because both bins of stocking were in different places. Thank you Kyra for the excellent service you provided me with because of it Khols has given me another reason to shop at the store. I do hope Khols appreciates the excellent service and work you provide.

Effy Gurw I enjoy shopping here; the quality is good and the prices are reasonable. Recently, I purchased a coat that split at the seam a week later. When I went to exchange it, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The manager, I missed her name helped me find the coat in the same size and set me up with an individual, Mohammed, who was highly professional and helped me with the exchange.
