Hudson Valley Reviewer had a great experience today at Shoe Depot, and it was all thanks to the wonderful lady working the floor. She was incredibly nice, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore, but she really went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed.
She greeted me right away, asked what I was looking for, and actually listened. Instead of just pointing toward an aisle, she took the time to walk over and show me different options, sizes, and styles. She offered honest opinions without being pushy, and you could tell she truly cared about helping customers rather than just making a sale. That level of care makes a huge difference.
The store itself was clean, neat, and well-organized, but her service is what stood out the most. She made shopping easy and stress-free, and that’s something you don’t get at every shoe store. I left with exactly what I wanted and felt good about the experience.
Because of her great attitude and customer service, Shoe Depot definitely earns a 5-star review from me today. Employees like her make all the difference, and I’ll gladly return because of it
