Cynthia Joseph Like this store but I dont appreciate their policies that each worker says or doesnt and then you will have an issue later. Brought wrong size bra, and wanted to exchange then they say no exchange but no one said that when I purchased it. So I was going to purchase correct bra and other items, when my friend realize their error he went ballistic. I wont shop again here but they still have cute outfits but wrong people working there

Paige Always clean and well organized. Always a great deal for womens or kids clothes and such. Been shopping here since the first week this store opened 20 years ago when I was just a preteen, and not a single bad experience yet. You will always find plenty of clearance items too.

Pam Dickert I used to love kohls it was always my go to store. In the past few years they have whittled the petite department down to nothing. Its very seldom I find anything in the store anymore in petite. KOHLS BRING BACK A LARHER PETITE DEPARTMENT!!!!!

Connie Kwok Great Walmart experience! We went early on a Saturday and really appreciated how calm and uncrowded the store was. There was plenty of staff around, all very friendly and helpful. The store itself was extremely organized, and I was especially impressed with the produce area—everything looked fresh, well-stocked, and very clean. I used self-checkout, and staff was available right away to assist, which made the process quick and easy.

Hudson Valley Reviewer Old Navy in Poughkeepsie is in absolutely great shape, and every time I stop in here it feels like the store just keeps getting better. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean and well-organized everything is. The shelves are neat, the tables are folded perfectly, and the aisles are easy to walk through without anything thrown around or out of place. You can tell the staff here really takes pride in keeping the store looking sharp. The selection is always solid too — tons of jeans, hoodies, kids’ clothes, and seasonal stuff, all fully stocked and easy to find. I appreciate when a store actually feels ready for customers instead of looking picked over, and this Old Navy definitely delivers on that. Prices are clearly marked, the fitting rooms are clean, and checkout is fast and friendly. What really stands out is how welcoming the store feels. The employees greet you, offer help if you need it, and let you shop comfortably without pressure. It’s the kind of location you don’t mind coming back to because you already know it’s going to be a smooth, pleasant shopping experience. If you’re looking for a clean, organized Old Navy with great customer service and plenty of good finds, this is definitely the one to visit. Highly recommended — 5 stars.
