Hudson Valley Reviewer had a great experience today at Shoe Depot, and it was all thanks to the wonderful lady working the floor. She was incredibly nice, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore, but she really went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. She greeted me right away, asked what I was looking for, and actually listened. Instead of just pointing toward an aisle, she took the time to walk over and show me different options, sizes, and styles. She offered honest opinions without being pushy, and you could tell she truly cared about helping customers rather than just making a sale. That level of care makes a huge difference. The store itself was clean, neat, and well-organized, but her service is what stood out the most. She made shopping easy and stress-free, and that’s something you don’t get at every shoe store. I left with exactly what I wanted and felt good about the experience. Because of her great attitude and customer service, Shoe Depot definitely earns a 5-star review from me today. Employees like her make all the difference, and I’ll gladly return because of it

Angel H Love this place. Great prices on everything. Love the kitchen section. Great selection of all kinda of things. Always stocking something new. Such a great jewelry section. Have luggage, perfumes and tons of baby clothes. Great place to shop

Kat Langworthy Hard to get down aisles, but they are busy with Christmas deals, have some decent ones. Store is a bit messy but understand why.

Miss Sweety So I just moved to the Bronx and I needed to get some clothes because moving as a process. I see that rainbows is nearby. And there is this lovely woman named Indira. That works at this rainbows, and she was so helpful, but not badgering. She was sweet, even though it was almost closing Time, and I’m sure she had a long day. I hope the rainbows company understands that employees like this. Make it, so that customers like me. Definitely come back, especially in the world. We live in where I can just order online, but there’s something about that old School shopping looking through the racks. Also, the price was amazing. I got me like two outfits around 60 bucks

Cenaida A Favorite place but wish they should more add stocks/add items please bring back hello kitty blankets and many. Bags and backpacks always have new stocks.
