Evan Shute I’ve always had a great experience shopping at Old Navy, and it’s become one of my go-to stores for both everyday essentials and a few trendy pieces. The selection is fantastic—whether I’m looking for comfy jeans, cozy sweaters, or fun, seasonal items, there’s always something to catch my eye. The prices are also really reasonable, which makes it easy to stock up on wardrobe staples without breaking the bank. But what really keeps me coming back to Old Navy is the staff. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. The employees are always friendly and approachable, and they make shopping feel like a breeze. I’ve had staff members go out of their way to check if something’s in stock or offer great styling tips when I’m trying to put together an outfit. It’s clear they really care about their customers and want to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. The store itself is always well-organized, which makes it easy to find what I’m looking for, even on busy days. Whether I’m running in for a quick item or spending more time browsing, I always leave feeling satisfied—not just because of the great finds, but because of the positive, welcoming atmosphere. Old Navy really hits the mark with both great products and exceptional customer service. It’s definitely a store I recommend to friends and family.

Laurie Haley A locally owned family business in Ballston Spa did not disappoint!! This is not the first time I’ve done business with them and I was more than satisfied both times! No job is too big or two small, and the owners are professional, prompt and friendly. Each T Shirt was PERFECT and exactly what I needed. Oh and did I say affordable? Stop in, say hello and see what they have to offer… you won’t be sorry

michaela mendez This store is usually my go-to for special occasions, so naturally I came here last week for an event. Unfortunately, this time was disappointing. I decided to go after I got off work, so it was later in the day at around 6:30, but from my understanding the mall closes at 8:00 on Friday’s so I figured I had enough time. The first thing I heard from an employee (likely the manager) was that the fitting room would close in five minutes. I understand needing time to clean and close, I worked in retail before, but announcing this as soon as I walked in felt unnecessary and rude. Why put me in a situation with only five minutes to find a dress and to practically run to the fitting room? However, the fitting room employee was kind and let me take my time, but the manager kept pressuring her not to let anyone back in once they left. I felt rushed and couldnt find anything that fit, so I gave up. To make matters worse, as I was browsing before leaving, that same manager loudly and aggressively started cleaning around me, which was a very clear (and petty) signal she wanted me to leave. Like damn, just because you’re presumably miserable with your job doesn’t mean you have to give horrible customer service. This experience was frustrating, and I dont plan on returning anytime soon. Just be aware of some rude and disrespectful staff members.

Elizabeth Woodard Lauren is absolutely amazing. She’s the person who gave me the confidence to go outside of my comfort zone with clothing and who has (unknowingly) helped my self confidence grow through the clothes she supplies. Her shop is beyond adorable, clean and inviting! Stop by if you’re close by, you won’t regret it!
