Danielle Bourne This place is very clean and well organized. There is two floors, the first floor is mostly women and the second floor is men’s and children’s clothing and accessories. The prices are decent and they have nice clothes for everyone.

Jiffy C I bought a suit from Charles Mens Shop a few years ago and I hadnt worn it since, when I tried it on it needed alterations. My mother passed away and I was desperate for help. Orion was helpful, professional and courteous. He was sympathetic and understanding. Promo season was in full swing and I am sure they had many orders to worry about, but Charles Mens Shop made time for me and my situation. The suit and pants were ready when he said they would be. The store manager gave me his condolences and thanked me for my business. I am extremely grateful to the wonderful staff at Charles Mens Shop in Batavia, NY.

Allison Tatro This is a beautiful thrift store with such hardworking and friendly volunteers. They have the best selection of dresses out of any thrift store I’ve ever been to. Their shop is cute, organized, and clean. They even have a generous free rack outside the shop! I always look forward to coming here when I visit Malone.
