Every time I visit, I’m reminded why this mall remains one of the best places in the Hudson Valley to shop and relax. The mall has a huge variety of stores, so no matter what you’re looking for — clothes, shoes, electronics, furniture, gifts, or even a snack — you’ll always find something. It’s the kind of place where you can walk in with no plan and walk out with a great deal and a good experience. The atmosphere is clean, bright, and well taken care of. You don’t feel rushed or crowded, and the layout makes it easy to move around and explore at your own pace. There are plenty of comfortable spots to sit, the food options cover everything from quick bites to full meals, and the holiday decorations always bring the place to life. One thing I appreciate most is how friendly and helpful the employees are throughout the mall. Whether it’s security, store staff, or food court workers, everyone is professional and makes you feel welcome. Tony Wright Was on my way to a funeral. Had to get air for my tire but could not because of the fact they were unloading a truck and instead of using common sense. And moving the truck into a different location, so vehicles can fill up their tires with air. The individuals who worked at this location proceeded to say that they were almost done On loading the truck Our later they were still unloading the truck and I was not able to get aor had to drive to the nearest Storks on my Way to A Funeral Which Was Over 20 Minutes Away. I will never ever go to the storts ever again very unprofessional. Very inconsiderate of their customers not to mention there are other are more. Profashionable and considerate of their customers.
