Samantha Brodie When it comes to shoes and some accessories, your more than likely to find something for you. As an average size woman you will be able to find something to your liking, but as for the plus size woman... you will find you experience to somewhat underwhelming. There are options, but nothing compared to the smaller size section which take up 95% of the stores main level, and just a small section in the back of the store for plus size. The customer Service is always nice enough. Ive never had much of an issue with anyone there

Brady Prichett This store is so special. Its a clothing/toy store with both consignment and new items as well. The back has a beautiful playroom you can play in for just $2, or buy an item and Tuesday is free! The staff is kind, personable and courteous. Theres a bathroom to use, well stocked for your kids already! Definitely a place to visit and help support!

Margie LaTourette I discovered Cloud Nine several years ago. I live in Canandaigua but it’s worth the trip. It’s my favorite clothing store. The clothing is easy to wear, reasonably priced and Susan has a great eye for colors and style and we get treated like royalty by the staff. I’ve introduced several of my friends to Cloud Nine.
