5 /5 Rebecca Essenter: About a month before Christmas I walked into Troy Shirt Co located in downtown Troy because our last minute Christmas idea to have custom shirts printed on special hoodies fell through at another local printing shop due to a minimum purchase you needed to make. Not only did they take us on, they improved the custom design AND had it ready a week sooner than they said it would be, and in time for Christmas. I also had another last minute idea to have winter hats embroidered, and Dave informed me it probably wouldnt be available for Christmas due to the supply not in stock. I acknowledged this and still placed the order anyway. Again, they came through. I received a text message and an email a week before Christmas informing me that my hats were complete and ready for pick up. The quality of all 10 items we ordered and received was extremely nice. We will be ordering from Troy Shirt from now on and moving our future business purchases from them. Thank you to the Troy Shirt Co team for hustling it out during the holidays to make customers happy.

I ordered a black Bernie Sanders tank top and it was shipped and delivered immediately after ordering. The process to order was easy, the product is perfect. I was up late one evening and saw an ad from the Troy Shirt Co. posted, which stated to contact them if you were interested in additional styles, sizes, etc. I was interested so I sent a Facebook message, expecting a response in the morning. Nope, they responded to the message at midnight. Not only did they respond, but they put up exactly what I was looking for so I could order it right then. The interaction was very professional and courteous, especially considering the fact it was midnight. Pick up my shirt yesterday, the material is incredible, so soft, its the perfect walking shirt. Thank you Troy Shirt Co., for a great shirt and a wonderful experience. I hope to do business with you again soon.
