5 /5 Luke Daniel: Lots of variety to choose from and a truly engaging experience for visitors to get glimpses of the history of the trail as well. Very kind and accommodating staff and very reasonable prices. A great gift shop for those back home to have tangible memories of your trip to the Falls! The cafe is nice as are the enveloping benches, marked with the signature history of the park. Includes a video presentation of sorts, with plenty of pictures that chart the timeline of the park.

5 /5 Lisa Dafsgirl: There is a reason this park is rated 3rd in the nation. As far as Im concerned its a tie for 1st with Letchworth. Each has so much to offer and so much beauty. We love hiking the gorge at Watkins. My grands loved being able to walk behind the falls in the gorge and going into tunnels and caves along the way. Bathrooms at the base are VERY convenient and when we were done we drove 5 minutes to Seneca lake to swim. It was a great trip and the kids had a blast.

4 /5 Earnest Cisneros: I am sure its a beautiful hike...when its not closed. The trail from parking,along the river, is CLOSED as they replace a bridge. North Rim Trail is open, and you can access the Gorge Trail at the first turn off as you climb up from parking. 17 July 2025

5 /5 Cave Arnold: A lot of nice souvenir items to choose from. They also had a convenient Cafe in the back of the shop for a quick bite.
