5 /5 Nolan Rollo: I was driving by 2310 one day and decided to give them a try. I was hesitant on having my logo done by a new company since I already have a really good embroidery company but they arent local. After a pretty long discussion about the issues Ive had with quality-of-work from other embroidery companies I trusted 2310 Apparel to give it a shot. In the end, I wasnt happy with the results on my particular logo but the important part of the entire transaction was they were able to admit their faults and stay in constant communication with me through the entire process and in the end do everything in their power to make it right. As other reviews have stated, its obvious to me their customer service is a key differentiator from their competition and I would definitely recommend them.
