5 /5 Louisa Drenchko: Was looking for t-shirts for our family reunion and stopped into Evil Lizard. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Their showroom was big, bright, clean and I was greeted immediately with a friendly “ hello, how can we help”. And help they did. Answering questions, making suggestions. Everything they told me they would do, they did. The custom t-shirts were awesome, were competed on time ( actually before), and my family loved them. Great company, great people! Highly recommend.

1 /5 Tamu Gilbert: I’m big on customer service. Went in looking for some Quip gear. One girl working, we made eye contact when I came in. She was helping a nice lady and her daughter. All good. So I proceeded to look for something and tried a few things on. She never stopped to say anything to me. The nice lady mentioned how there were so many cute things and I said something to effect of not being able to find my size. She said something to the young lady about inventory and she told her that everything was on the floor. All good. So the nice lady and her daughter left the store and the sales associate begin talking with another sales associate that came out. She never once asked if I needed help or if I was finding everything okay. Nothing, absolutely NOT ONE WORD from either one of them. I waited a few more minutes, tried on a few more things and said to myself, I won’t spend my money here. No way. And I’ve been here before and purchased things. They were always very nice. Not today. Anyway, I’ll pass. Thanks

They help grieving families participating in The Caring Place by creating free custom quilt squares of their loved ones. They took their time to make sure its exactly what we wanted, and even sent a card afterwards offering their sympathies for our loss. Thank you for what you are doing for families in our community!

5 /5 Wendy Mensch: I would give more than 5 stars for their customer service if I could. We missed the deadline to order for our HS softball team. I reached out to them and was in co tact with Melissa. She responded to my email right away with an order form and accepted the order. A couple days later I reached out again to see when my order will be ready. I mentioned that my daughter would be leaving on a trip with the team and was hoping to get it before she left. The jacket with embroidered name on it was hand delivered to our home that same night. This company is very efficient with Exceptional customer service and personal touch, which is rare these days. The jacket is high quality and looks great. Thanks for a very pleasant experience
