5 /5 kaity cochran: Great shopping experience!! I have extreme anxiety and Kayla was so helpful. She and all the other store associates helped me find things, and were so nice. Kayla especially helped me feel at ease, and didn’t get annoyed with my excessive anxious talking. I definitely recommend shopping here if you want cute clothes and a wonderful shopping experience! Wish I could give more stars!!

1 /5 Helloo Yupp: Never thought I had to do this with one of my favorite stores but I am never coming back here. I was just coming from the gym and straight to the mall to return a dress since the power has been out for almost 2 weeks. I finally come into the store thinking the return was going to be quick and easy. The cashier lady called a manager as soon as she saw my return which I thought okay. The manager lady looks at the dress thoroughly and finds a rip by the broken zipper and automatically says “I can’t return this, it has a broken zipper see” I was shocked because I had only worn this dress once to try it on at home which I’m allowed to do and I had told her that but she kept on looking at the dress and insisted it was worn. I could tell she wasn’t taking me seriously and calling me out to be a liar. She also mentioned that she couldn’t take it back because of the condition it’s in so she’s not able to put it out on the floor which is completely not my problem and then she backtracks and mentions I should do an exchange. A manager who contradicts herself shouldn’t be a manager at all. If the dress is defective even after trying it on, it should be returned. The dress is xs and it was too big for me, so there’s no way I could’ve ripped the dress that easily. The last thing she mentions is that I should go to another store to return it. I come back the next day with my mom and this time and the same lady who refused to return my dress yesterday ended up returning it anyways and again she was contradicting herself letting my mom know the reasons she couldn’t return it was because there was no tag, no straps, and it was defective. Now I know she’s lying because she didn’t say any of that yesterday ONLY THAT IT WAS WORN. Then she goes on to say that she would’ve known it was ripped before putting it out in the floor which was so ridiculous because she didn’t know about the straps the first day I tried to return it, so she’s lying and she doesn’t really know what she’s putting out on the floor. She supposed to be a manager that gives good customer service but she felt entitled to her choices instead of working with me as a customer. It was such an upsetting experience and the fact that I had to bring my mom in just so she can take the transaction seriously was really exhausting. The manager lady had purple hair and she was short and chubby. I would avoid coming to this store and that lady.

1 /5 Green Cat: Recommend just going online and buying clothes off the website. Nothing wrong with the brand or the store but the employees here are very unwelcoming/unfriendly. I went there two days in a row and both times the employees just had bad attitude. I understand having your day ruined because of rude customers as I work fast-food, but specifically this one red haired employee that just has an attitude no matter what day it is. The employees are just doing their jobs to get it done and send customers out, showing no care or at least joy to help customers. Im generally not a rude person I always say please and thank you and always smile but these employees are just very unhappy to be there. Asking them for help is like being a burden to them and they show. Horrible experience. There were about 5 employees there and I did not get a single smile from any one of them. The redhead needs to fix her attitude problems.

5 /5 Diana Latsko: The store always seems to have amazing deals. my niece loves their fashion so its always at the top of my list when it comes to shopping for her. Shes a teenager so the store is targeted for her. As for me a 30-something adult I dont find much that works for me.
