5 /5 B L: We trusted my daughter’s wedding gown to Anju and she did an amazing job! Above and beyond! Anju had to shorten the dress (a very detailed, intricate process), added appliqué flowers to the veil, removable straps, and, best of all, added a top (also with appliqué flowers) with sleeves that could be removed. The top was a challenge but she stuck with it and it turned out absolutely perfect!!! Anju isn’t only an extremely talented seamstress, she is a wonderful person and it was great getting to know her.

She pays such attention to detail and I simply can’t thank her enough for her honesty and integrity. She is a master at her craft. She is kind, funny and just an incredible human being! I reached out to her a few days ago and went in to meet with her this afternoon and I know sooner pulled into my garage after running a few errands and I got a call that my dress was ready. 5 /5 Chase Stine: While our review is long overdue, I wanted to highly recommend Aanchal Apparel & Accessories for any of your alteration needs (I am posting this from my husbands account as I do not have one). I was a bride last year, and was directed to Anjus services by a bridal shop consultant for our wedding in May of 2023. Amidst her busy schedule she was more than willing to take on my wedding dress alterations and make time for my dress, and was very knowledgeable and professional in providing me different options on how I wanted to bustle my dress and ensure the length of my gown & train was appropriate for me to get around in. She took very good care of my dress while it was under her care and I felt confident about leaving it with her to be worked on. My gown fit like a glove, and I felt comfortable, fitted & secure in my dress the entire wedding day throughout hot weather in an outdoor service, walking around, dancing, hugging people, sitting to eat, etc. She tailored the dress so seamlessly that I felt it was customized perfectly for my body once Anju worked her magic. Every time I came into her shop, she always kindly greeted us in a timely manner, and it was an absolute pleasure to be in her company. She has such a passion for what she does and a friendly, warm personality. I have recommended others to her for all their alteration needs, and everyone who has gone to her has been thrilled with her professionalism, prices, dedication & work. I look forward to working with her again in the future for all my alteration needs, and love that she is a local business.

At relatively short notice, she helped me figure out a blouse, lehenga and gown that worked just wonderfully for some wedding events (despite being larger and so not necessarily easy to fit!). Additionally, my husband and kiddos kurtas and western suits needed alterations and despite crazily short notice, she was also able to take these up and did a wonderful job. She has a gorgeous array of off-the-rack clothes for women, men and kids, and also is phenomenally expert at alterations and de novo tailoring. I look forward to returning many times!!
