5 /5 Gretchen Smith: On Friday, 4/4/25, I stopped in and while I didnt specifically have any idea what I wanted, I was looking for clothes to help me look pretty and professional. As I entered the store, I was greeted by Tallene who informed me she is a stylist and proceeded to help me put together outfits that were exactly what I needed in style and fit. What Tallene doesnt realize is not only did she help my wardrobe, but she helped my confidence, too. Her caring nature and patience were the cherry on top of her styling abilities. Yes, the store can be a bit pricey (dont miss their clearance section though!), but it was worth every minute and penny I spent there.

5 /5 Lois Olney: Donna was SO helpful to me in putting together interview outfit options. I hate shopping, but she actually made it fun. Together we decided what worked and what didnt, and then she found some other sizes that I needed in the Hershey store - perfect. I really appreciated her assistance. I will definitely make this my go-to store for business casual - not just conservative, timeless business style but trendy "you want to hire me" styling.

Melissa was SO helpful during my time at the Ann Taylor Factory Store and made a typically tough time much easier. She helped to provide options and fit feedback. I was thankful for Melissa; she made it possible to walk out of the store within 25 minutes of walking in with a suit that fit my immediate needs and one that I will wear again and again.

5 /5 Gwen Schuit: I want to Thank and Applaud Mary Ann at the Lancaster store. She found my lost earring for me after I tried on clothes and got home and I realized my earring was missing. I called her and she searched for it and found it! She provided excellent service and had it at the counter in a sealed envelope when I drove back to pick it up. Kudos for going the extra mile and for your kindness, Mary Ann!!! I so appreciated it!!!
