Lucky Brand - (Near Pottstown, PA)

2 /5 Nic: I’ve been to this store more times than I can count and have always had a great experience till today. A cashier with dark hair was incredibly rude to the customers in front of me I couldn’t believe it. They were trying to do an exchange and made it sound like they had spoken to the manager from what I heard. The manager had held a clothing article for them, so when the customer handed over a pair of damaged pants to exchange, the cashier loudly exclaimed “no tags?!”. the customer explained she already told the Manager (Rob or Ron? maybe) about the situation and began reexplaining to the cashier. The cashier then rudely cut one of the women off and kept saying “HOLD ON HOLD ON HOLD ON” to the point that others in the store and in line looked around as well in shock. The two women exchanging just went silent at that point and proceeded to be berated by the cashier who said “our clothes don’t usually have holes in them” and rolled her eyes as she completed the exchange while huffing and puffing. This was incredibly rude and the cashier gave 0 respect to these people. As they left and I moved up to checkout she kept rolling her eyes and continued to be passive aggressive. Absolutely no need for this level of passive aggression or rudeness in a freaking clothing store… get a grip.

4 /5 Emily Gasperak: Their clothes are SO soft and comfortable. Theyre a little pricey but shopping the sales racks has gotten me tops as low as $4! 4 stars only because I have a thicker bottom and they dont have high rise jeans to support my curvy figure...

5 /5 Aaron Nabozny: Lucky Brand is my go to store for jeans. They last the longest, theyre the most comfortable, and you cant beat the price to quality ratio. The staff here is also super friendly and extremely helpful!

5 /5 Kendra Houck: Really nice and oragnized with great staff! The prices are really good compared to the regular store...this is one of the more true outlets in the mall. Typically you can get 2 or 3 pairs of jeans for the price of 1 regular priced pair. Theres always a different sale running... About 95% of the time i go in theyre running an additional percentage off of c learence. If youre already a die hard fan of the brand this is the place to go.

4 /5 Emily Boyle: Love this brand but the products are very pricy. I often find the brand at tjmax for discounted rates. The employees here are very nice and helpful. There is a large variety of good quality items overall.
