5 /5 Gopi Bahu: I recently visited Burlington and had a fantastic experience! The store was well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to help, which made my shopping trip even more enjoyable. I was especially impressed with the wide variety of quality products available at such great prices. Burlington truly offers something for everyone. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great shopping experience!

1 /5 t j: Fix the radius on which the carts lock. I was walking past the door trying to return the cart and it locked so abruptly, my entire lower chest is still sore hours later. I was walking past the door. Imagine if it were a child and they hit their head. Liability!

3 /5 Kevin Murphy-Steele (kmurph77): Fairly bog standard Burlington...once youve been in one, youve been in em all as they say. All pretty clean and spotless. Depends on the time of year really when you visit on what merchandise they have. Was there on a Tuesday afternoon so only one register in operation, I would hope it was better staffed on a weekend.

3 /5 Ann Clapham: My daughter was happy to find a Juicy Couture cosmetic bag, but I couldn’t stay in the store due to claustrophobia. For those with PTSD or similar concerns, it’s best to wait outside while others shop. The store is jammed with merchandise—long rows of racks and very little open space, which can feel overwhelming even when it’s not crowded with people.

1 /5 Britt: TERRIBLE sloppy lazy customer service and ppl working there, they dont give a shit. I will never shop at this Burlington store ever again, and U SHOULDNT EITHER! Trust this review section go to another store! Unprofessional. I had issues with items the cashier never gave me, left me walk out of the store and all the way to my car which was a min or 2 walk. Mind u the store had maybe 4 ppl in it while I was there it was at 11:30pm so they werent busy lol? I was pissed. Who wants to drive all the back the next day when ur busy and work and had to get all the way home look at my stuff and realize the last 2 items I did not have. I had no idea obviously. They put my items back on the floor and the manager on the day I came back in for them said they were put back and there was nothing she could do it is what it is. I cant believe they wouldnt honor something that was their mistake. I live 40 mins from this location so I wasnt able to make a trip for 2 items and something that wasnt even my fault at that. Most places put ur name on the items and put them in a drawer or have a specific place for these kind of items? I worked customer service half my life, the manager couldve honored my 2 items and I had my receipt as well but she didnt want to. She also knew they were there and put back on the floor, bc she said I remember them Im pretty sure they were put back on the floor bc there not here. I just think its wrong. Ive been at places who have went OUT of their WAY to make something right when they were in the wrong, not this place. Beware!!!! I have NEVER in my life complained about something but this I am
