DXL Big + Tall - Shop PA (Near Greensburg)

5 /5 Jess C.: We walked in needing a shirt for homecoming, and I held my breath as in the past it has been a woman "helping" us. Her attitude left much to be desired, but there arent any other big and tall options. On this day, Hunter was there and he was phenomenal. He greeted us right away in a welcoming manner (not used to that) and asked us if we needed help. He measured my son and helped him, and we ended up leaving with two shirts instead of one (as well as a few tshirts for my husband) thanks to Hunter advising us of a current promotion. Much better experience than it had been in the past. The store is clean and bright, and there are no scents to offend those with sensitive noses. DXL costs a little more, true, but I can rely on them if we need something fast, and walking out of there feeling good about the experience this time sure did help too.

5 /5 Sheryl Peters: We went on Friday evening to find my husband clothes for a wedding we were attending Saturday. I had ordered him clothes on line from somewhere else and they never came in. When we got to the store I noticed that their sizes only go up to 6x they had a few 7x things but not many. My husband usually wears 8x so I got a little concerned. We talked to the saleswoman (Hannah) and she told me not to worry we would find him something. She asked about the event and what we were looking for and started putting together an outfit. The first one was fine but the shirt was to short. She knew exactly what he needed the next shirt was perfect and she swapped the black pants for khakis. The whole process only took 30 minutes. We were in and out and he looked great. Hannah was amazing. 10 out of 10 great experience

5 /5 Joey Johnson: I came in recently and had to get an outfit together for a wedding, Hannah and hunter (i believe thats his name) did everything to get me situated and when the shirt i had to order didnt fit even though i had a bit of a snafu with the shirt they still worked with me and got me what i needed. Theyve been doing right by me for the last few years but how they handled my situation these past couple of weeks they did excellent and they deserve every bit of praise i can give them. The prices are a little high in most cases but the customer service from both Hannah and Hunter are 2nd to none
