I gave them a very ancient religious pendant that had broken not only did they fix the pendants. They also replaced two missing stones and we added a chain to it. They had it back to me in less than a week And it is beautiful again and this is an old family antique from Italy that was passed down to me from my great great grandmother. I was very nervous about leaving it with anyone, but I am extremely happy that I trusted this jeweler and that they were so perfect when it came down to my fears, my trust and how beautiful they created this piece of jewelry again for me it means the world to me, and I will never go to another jeweler as long as I am alive now
