1 /5 KT Z: Young lady working the register seemed very inconvenienced by having to ring me up for the one shirt I purchased. No hello, no smile, no welcome into the store. I was in the store less than 10 minutes because of the unwelcoming atmosphere.

4 /5 Tiffany Y.: This Ann Taylor Loft factory store sells business, business-casual, and casual clothing, shoes, and accessories for women. Recently, I shopped here for clothes for myself, and I found several tops that I liked. I did not have to wait in line to check out. The cashier greeted me and accurately rang up my purchase. The total price was very reasonable.

1 /5 Sara Sweeney: My daughter and I were in the store this evening for an hour. The first 30 mins none of the 3 women working there even acknowledged my presence even when entering the dressing room. One associate just stood there not bothering to look up as I entered. Finally after coming out of the dressing room, an associate asked if I wanted a dressing room started in which I handed her a large pile and asked her if she could put these pieces by the register as I would be purchasing them but wanted to look around some more. I then went back to the dressing room, tried on several other items, and went to the register to check out. I told the woman at the register that another person had taken several items to the front for me. They were no where to be found. The manager had put them all away. The associate that took them to the front had put them on the counter and not bothered to hang them up on the hold rack nor asked me for my name to hold as they did for others in the store. The manger offered no apologies or even offered to help find the things she had put away. So what would have been a several hundred dollar purchase became zero and this store had lost me as a customer. Frankly this store alone is usually why I come to Tanger. The store was not busy. Those working did not care about my presence despite me seeing them being very friendly with every other person in the store. I’m sorry we just came from a swim practice and weren’t dressed as nicely as the other customers even though both my shirt and shorts I was wearing were from your store but it was made perfectly clear to me that I was being snubbed by those working. Extremely disappointed by my experience.

4 /5 Shalini Ojha: First time here and very surprised to see such lovely clothes. My daughters are fans now. 4 stars because of the girl working on the counter, neither friendly nor showed any interest in her work, no eye contact.
