Arley Kerin Just stopped by the store, visiting from Vermont currently for a show! The two people i saw in the store, a guy and a girl, they were both super friendly and outgoing :) very helpful around the store and very welcoming.

Jacob Pintar What this store has in style it lacks in substance. My fiancée left there the other day visibly disturbed by how snooty and apathetic the associates were to her. When she approached the counter to ask a question about the closing times, the two women there took quite a bit of time to look her up and down, as if judging her appearance, and then responded plainly without offering any more assistance and going back to talking among themselves about closing soon. While my fiancée wasnt dressed to the nines that day going home from work, they treated her like she didnt have the money to buy anything there (A wildly incorrect assumption). The energy was on the border between apathetic and hostile. From LOFTs website: "We provide all women with fashion and inspiration for living confidently every day" If this is the standard they hold their associates to, they better get more inspirational. Right now they inspire as much confidence as those indie bands that sell their albums on cassettes in suburban garages.

natalie wallace I shop at this LOFT probably once a month because of how close it is to my home. Im surprised by all of the negative reviews here - but lets be honest, if youre a dude, you shouldnt be leaving a 2-star review on a womens clothing store because "your wife dragged you there." Thats not helpful or accurate. With my frequent visits, Ive never once had a bad experience with the sales staff or the quality of products. The inventory is constantly being updated and everything is always neatly in place. Because of this, I actually shop here for clothing more than any other store in the Harrisburg area and would recommend it to anyone.

mary marren Had the best experience here! I got amazing help from Brenda and Linda who made sure i was well taken care of will be returning soon! Probably the best Lane Bryant experience i have ever had. Thank again ladies so very much! If you want to find them they are next to the Walmart in Nazareth!
