Megan Jordan I love shopping here! The price of clothes and the quality of them are great. The Staff are super friendly and just all around pleasant people. Its really hard not to spend any money in this place when majority of the store has cute clothes! Recommend fully.

From the moment we walked in, he treated us with genuine care, patience, and professionalism. I was shopping for my wedding attire and my brother’s best man suit, and Dan took care of every single detail from top to bottom. Sharon Kendall We shopped at Penneys on Dec. 6. I am a bit handicapped, so needed my husband to help me try on clothes. Gladys was the clerk "womanning" the fitting room. She gave us a larger room and allowed us to take in all the clothes we had found. When I couldnt find slacks that fit well, she brought us back 2 pairs, 1 of them was just right. I had taken my "Grabber" to help pull up slacks, and inadvertently left it in the fitting room. My husband and I didnt discover that until we were leaving. He raced back to Womens clothing and there met Gladys again. She had our Grabber. She said she had found it when she checked our fitting room and held on to it so no one would take it. We were amazed that she had been so thoughtful! Gladys went above and beyond the norm in helping us! She is to be commended! Jim & Sharon Kendall

Shawn Chesley The JCPenney store has a lot to offer if you are looking for clothes, kitchen items, shoes, etc. The nice part of this store starts with how many options you have to get into the store. 2 entrances inside the mall and one entrance by the salon. This is nice with you. You do not have to carry your bags all through the mall, which it is a plus. Visiting the store at night was easier to look at, and it was not crowded. I only saw one worker, but I found the clothes I was looking for without any problems. They had a nice selection of kitchen items that were tucked back by the salon. Also, there are a lot of different kinds of towels and bedding items.
