5 /5 misty keffer: First time customer. I had never gone into the store before and never really shopped around the strip district. There was so much interesting stuff in this store. We went in on a whim after seeing something we liked. I ended up loving all the smoking items you could buy. I got a very cute little hippie aesthetic pipe and plan to go back so my fiance can get a steam roller and I can get a bong and poncho. The ponchos look soooo comfy and nice. The attention to detail on their items are great and look like nice quality. Ive already smoked from the pipe. Its nice quality. Its super cute. As for customer service, the lady you checked us out was super friendly. She didnt mind pulling things out for us to look at and was very helpful with answering our questions. It makes you want to buy stuff when you go into a place just to browse and the staff is friendly. I cant wait to go back and buy more things!

There were some different types of clothing I was looking for and Lesly took notes of what I wanted, drove to the shop and sent me pictures of items she thought I might be interested in. Got these super awesome overalls! Curbside pickup. A+ ! Dont forget to help these small businesses stay afloat if youre financially able!

You don’t see what you want talk to the staff and the Owner will try her absolute best to get what you are looking for. Very down to earth and a wonderful women. You will not be disappointed while shopping at the ORIGINAL Lucy’s!

5 /5 LittleFrock: I stumbled upon this little shop and bought a couple of beautiful and brilliantly colored tie dye jersey tank dresses with a butterfly hem a 3 or 4 years ago. The color, construction, and quality have not faded or faltered in any way. The color combinations and patterns are very well done by the vendors Lucys buys from - they have a good eye! Also I love their selection and prices and the owners are very friendly and nice people. I went back this past weekend and bought another top. This is a great little place and I highly recommend it!

H Crumley I can’t speak to in store experience (I live too far away to frequent), but I use this location for Trendsend boxes and Holly is a fantastic stylist! The boxes are such a nice option when you aren’t close to a store and a good stylist takes the already excellently curated Evereve inventory to the next level!

John K We vetted 3 different closet designers. Cindy, with Closet Factory, had the best layout ideas and was most flexible with different designs we requested. There was nearly nothing that closet factory could not do, which was not the case with other vendors. Cindy also gave us great guidance, recommendations for us to consider, and provided many different options and layouts for us to compare. The install team was professional and extremely thorough from start to finish. My favorite part was that they screwed something up. They owned it and all teams handled it like true pros. In fact, they were the ones that pointed it out to us. Talk about trust. I’ve done countless house projects with many different contractors and vendors. It’s ones like these that I will continue to do business with and recommend without question. We couldn’t be happier with Closet Factory from start to finish.
