Macys - (Near Erie, PA)

5 /5 Brandon Bajc: A great Macys location! Has two floors to shop on. Top floor is bedding, rugs, curtains and home decor. Bottom floor is clothing, shoes, jewelry and the likes. Great deals are to be had in the flyer/mailer!

1 /5 Rena Karell: Been going to this Macys for years with my mom. I went in today to buy her a gift from Clinique the blond woman with bug eyes working for Lancôme asked if I needed help I let her know that I was finding everything I needed. She then continued to stand right next me me staring at me for a few moments and I let her know again that I was fine and didn’t need any help( I have worked for Clinique at multiple locations for many years even at a Macys). She was definitely trying to imply that I was trying to steal which I was not I was wearing my scrubs from school. I picked out a gift set and went to pay she then told me it was a purchase with a purchase witch I knew it was not, there was no signage it also didn’t say that on the sticker on the box. She then decided to argue with me about it finally asking her co worker who confirmed that it was not a purchase with a purchase. I decided not to check out with her and waited for the other woman to finish with her guest (she was great and super nice especially for the circumstances). Im absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service she possesses, you never know what people are going through I just wanted to do something nice for my mom but was treated with absolutely no respect or kindness. We will not be back to this Macys I’d rather go to Boscovs or drive to Pittsburgh instead of going there for any cosmetics. I’m super disappointed, I’ve always had great experiences at Macys but this was just absolutely inexcusable. She needs to learn some kindness and compassion no one deserves to be treated the way I was treated.
