Jacob Pintar What this store has in style it lacks in substance. My fiancée left there the other day visibly disturbed by how snooty and apathetic the associates were to her. When she approached the counter to ask a question about the closing times, the two women there took quite a bit of time to look her up and down, as if judging her appearance, and then responded plainly without offering any more assistance and going back to talking among themselves about closing soon. While my fiancée wasnt dressed to the nines that day going home from work, they treated her like she didnt have the money to buy anything there (A wildly incorrect assumption). The energy was on the border between apathetic and hostile. From LOFTs website: "We provide all women with fashion and inspiration for living confidently every day" If this is the standard they hold their associates to, they better get more inspirational. Right now they inspire as much confidence as those indie bands that sell their albums on cassettes in suburban garages.

Sherry Sabatino I was there today and it was a great experience. Maurices had closed my card and the store manager helped me out offered to see if it would be opened again. It was with a higher limit and she was so sweet and the service was absolutely amazing. I def will keep going to the Greensburg location. They are all nice but this store manager got 10+ stars from me!

Gwen Collison There’s this sweet older woman who works at night as a cashier - she has glasses I believe and gray hair and she is fairly thin. She has got to be the kindest , sweetest person I’ve met. I always seem to be in need of odds and ends late at night and she has been my regular cashier . I wish I had paid attention to her name tag. I’ve seen a bunch of other team members on my visits and they’ve also been friendly too :) clean store . Well stocked. Great customer service

Sharon Kendall We shopped at Penneys on Dec. 6. I am a bit handicapped, so needed my husband to help me try on clothes. Gladys was the clerk "womanning" the fitting room. She gave us a larger room and allowed us to take in all the clothes we had found. When I couldnt find slacks that fit well, she brought us back 2 pairs, 1 of them was just right. I had taken my "Grabber" to help pull up slacks, and inadvertently left it in the fitting room. My husband and I didnt discover that until we were leaving. He raced back to Womens clothing and there met Gladys again. She had our Grabber. She said she had found it when she checked our fitting room and held on to it so no one would take it. We were amazed that she had been so thoughtful! Gladys went above and beyond the norm in helping us! She is to be commended! Jim & Sharon Kendall

Jessica Carlin All ladies were super helpful. Helped me go thru clothing for a certain size. Nice deals, and on the checkout screen, you can see a pic of what you are buying.

P Lem Great selection. This store is being renovated. I came to buy the Harry shaver and the Turkey Roaster. Have not seen these products anywhere other than on-line for the Harrys shaver. With this store, notice they are selling office furniture among their new product offerings.
