5 /5 The Philly Food Fanatic: We spent our afternoon at the Robert Graham Premium Outlet Store in Limerick, PA, discovering their impressive array of signature and limited-edition clothing. Robert Graham offers a visionary range of mens and luxury womens clothing, characterized by exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail, reflecting American eclectic elegance and sophistication through bespoke designs. The staff is phenomenal. Maggie ( the store Manager) is so knowledgeable it’s crazy. When you see Maggie and or Breezy ( star employee) tell them the PhillyFoodFanatic says yo!!

5 /5 In The Dark: Went into this store with hubby and met a young male sales associate who was so friendly and personable. We chatted while my husband looked around and we were able to pack in quite a few topics. He’s been there 3-5 months and I truly consider him an asset in todays age when people his age range prefer the company of their phones than human interaction.

5 /5 Ryan Levengood: Cant say how much I Love this store. The experience is unlike anything. The treatment you receive at this store is second to none. Whether Im with wife or by myself the treatment and service from the staff is always exceptional. Travis is my main guy there- he knows my style and helps me out with anything I need. His customer service skills are second to none!

1 /5 Clark Celmayster: I have been a regular customer of the outlet store in the Sanatoga PA outlet location. A little over a month ago, I was there purchasing several items and inquired of the store manager Aaron, about where I might be able to purchase one of the mannequins his store uses, as my wife has been looking for one. Aaron said that he had a couple of old ones he wasnt using in the back of the store and he would reach out to his district manager or office to inquire as to if he could sell it and for what price. He promised to follow up within a week. He never did! Despite many attempts to get an answer one way or the other, having left messages with the store, sent emails etc. he has never responded with an answer, even to say he couldnt sell one. During my conversation with Aaron, he praised himself in respect to how customer service focused he was. Though this falls outside the norm of regular purchases, it is horrible customer service and RG, despite the fact that I like their clothes, has lost a regular customer. I have also referred many friends and acquaintances to RG.
