mary kunkle The checkout is long. Only ever two cashiers at any given time. Not sure if its lack of workers or company being cheap. Cashiers are very nice and probably dont like dealing with it neither. Store seems understaffed. Not the employees fault just crappy management. Store could be a much cleaner. Absolutely!! Staff I have encountered are very nice and friendly. I dont blame the employees. They are doing the best they can.

David Manns Our exchange student forgot her expensive set of headphone in the store. She call, and they said they had found them, and she could claim them at the location they were in the lost and found. We went in and identified ourselves as having called and described the headphones. Two minutes later they were back with our exchange student. We could not be more pleased with the staffs honesty and courtesy, regarding this matter. Great customer service, impressive clean location. It is really great to know that honest people still do the right things. She will tell this story about America and Americans for the rest of her life. A shining example of really good people. H&M please recognize these employees for their efforts.

Shaina Mathis From the time you walk in the door the experience at this particular old Navy is welcoming and warm. The staff is amazing, friendly, warm, and very kind. Ur greeted with a smile and welcome from all employees up front soon as u walk in, To the time u get to the register to checkout. Helpful and knowledgeable. And u can find almost everything u need and dont need.lol my family and I never mind spending our funds in here the experience is worth the money. Oh and the items are not bad either.

John Schodowski I have always found this store to be clean, and well organized. I dont care for clothes shopping, but something about Kohls makes it slightly enjoyable. I love the home decor area and always find something.
