4 /5 Lisa Wells: I’m so thankful that urban league was able to help me out with some rent! The lady I sat down with for the appointment was extremely friendly and helpful! But the lady that answers the phone is extremely rude. Every single time I call! This woman should not be working with the public, her attitude is horrible! I thought it was maybe just me, but after reading the reviews, I see it’s not. Other than that, would’ve been five stars.

5 /5 Stay Bee: Dr. Erin R. Houston, Ph.D. helped my mother who was one of the displaced residents of State Street towers. Remember how in school people would say they want a career where they can help change the world? Well, this is what Dr. Houston is doing! She truly is an inspiration and we appreciate her for helping my mother find housing that she said is "so much better than any place she has ever had!" Thank you!

5 /5 Fierce Gypsy: Tammy is wonderful. She is trying to help me and I am so grateful for her. My father passed away and left me his half of our house that we built when I was 16. 2 days after he passed I was viciously attacked by a dog at work and had to have surgery to repair the nerve damage and other injuries that were done to my dominate arm, wrist, hand and shoulder. I havent been able to work for 6 months and am in the process of losing everything I have because of it. Tammy is doing what she can to help me save my house and keep my utilities on. Thank you for everything Tammy. You are awesome, even if I do lose my house you did everything to try and help. God will bless you tenfold.
