What Clients Are Saying St Vincent De Paul Society (GG)
1 /5 Stephanie Nypaver: We always donated food and furniture. But we want to donate furniture now, and they charge a 25 dollar pickup fee. This is good furniture too. Salvation Army doesnt even charge anything. And any money counts right now since the idiot in washington put tariffs on everything. I could be charging you for the furniture. This is sickening.
4 /5 Paige Lafferty: Most of the time anymore it has been hit and miss and the prices have definitely gone up since my first visit but today, I found these brand new Vans for only $3.00! I was almost hesitant to ask if they were included in the sale that they had listed on the paper hanging up. The Customer service could be a lot better! But this is Uniontown and whatever it is with people and I, it just doesnt mix. I couldnt be more thankful, its hard for me to get around and I cant trust that I will receive my items if I purchase them online. (Ive had one too many problems with online shopping and delivery.) I Was in need of a new pair of decent and affordable sneakers.
1 /5 Matthew Fuller (TheGRANDelusion): Thrift store prices are getting absolutely ridiculous. $40+ for a basic jacket. $15 and $25 for used polo shirts that had stains on them. I had to just put my items back at that point and walk out. When prices get back to being under control and the store is actually a “thrift” store than I’ll consider coming back.
2 /5 Brenda T.: There are now no prices on anything except more expensive items. When we asked at the counter, we were told prices were no longer listed. Are we to guess it wait in line and then not have enough money to pay or refuse to pay the price? Is the guy behind the counter making it up as he goes? Wont be back without prices.
1 /5 Shay HoLLiday: The prices are no longer cheap, you can find cheaper sales at Walmart. 20 dollars for used and abused sneakers. You can get them brand new 12 dollars Walmart
Trish Baker Absolutely amazing! I spent $50 and got 2 pairs of jeans x shorts, several shirts, gym pants, faux leather coat and a waffle iron. All brand names (LL Bean, Gloria Vanderbilt) and with tags. The only downside is digging through the bins. If I had little kids that out grow clothes, I would be there every month.
Freddie Frey Love coming here, lots of great stores(crafts, cloths, pets). Lots of resturants, Mc Donalds right next to it. Fine Asian dinning(Ichiban). Dollar General right next to it. DMV, Little Ceasers Pizza, Pet Smart. Also close is Loyal Plaza which has Giant grocery store and Wines and Spirits.
Laura Storey Excellent shopping experience. Friendly and warm staff. Storefront caught my eye so I stopped in — lovely decision!
The owner and young gals were delightful, and I ended up trying on several different looks with their encouragement. Very welcoming and helpful vibes.
Nice selection of fun and classic pieces that all look high-quality. Thanks for the retail therapy!
courtney Most adorable, cozy store! My boyfriend and I visited while he was in town from Belgium. She had an area where you could test the jams & condiments and the products are well made and so cute! Genuinely 5/5!
