Jess C. We walked in needing a shirt for homecoming, and I held my breath as in the past it has been a woman "helping" us. Her attitude left much to be desired, but there arent any other big and tall options. On this day, Hunter was there and he was phenomenal. He greeted us right away in a welcoming manner (not used to that) and asked us if we needed help. He measured my son and helped him, and we ended up leaving with two shirts instead of one (as well as a few tshirts for my husband) thanks to Hunter advising us of a current promotion. Much better experience than it had been in the past. The store is clean and bright, and there are no scents to offend those with sensitive noses. DXL costs a little more, true, but I can rely on them if we need something fast, and walking out of there feeling good about the experience this time sure did help too.
