4 /5 Matt Ide: I bought too much, but I found everything I needed...and my daughter crushed it, waiting patiently while I talked to plenty of people I thought looked like other people, that I knew. But the best experience happened at checkout; give Ida a raise! Not only does she have a wonderful name, but she showed me exactly what to do when I pulled up at the checkout line. Open the app first, scan the barcode after you add the rewards or coupons, and make sure your gift cards are loaded. I was trying the old enter the phone number first but she helped me so much, and saved me sixty bucks by simply being kind, knowledgeable and willing to help.

1 /5 Nc Cuello: Edit: Horrible handling of this situation from start to finish. I called repeatedly starting at 7 a.m. when the store opened and received no response. When I arrived in person and explained what happened, I was outright accused of lying. Loss prevention claimed that my “friend” took the items, which is completely false. A simple review of the cameras and the register scale would have clearly shown that the items were left behind after I paid. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was flatly refused. Instead, I was redirected to another employee (Julie or Julia), which resolved nothing. At that point, I had no choice but to call the police, because the only conclusion left was that an employee had taken merchandise I had already paid for. Only when the police arrived did the employees suddenly retreat to the back and attempt to “fix” the situation by offering a gift card and returning the items. By then, my time and money had already been wasted. I requested a refund, which they finally processed—likely only because an officer was present. This level of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and refusal to take accountability is unacceptable. Do better, Target. Especially considering I was prepared to spend nearly $200 in your store. ----- Hi, I was just in the store. Saturday the 26th at 10:46pm I checked out and left my items there at a self checkout. I was one of the very few people in the store. Please hold my items until Im able to get there tomorrow the 27th. Im trying to leave a message but theres no answering machine. I have my receipt.

5 /5 Scott (SS105): My wife and I went to pickup a gift card, but ended up getting a cart full of products. The store was very crowded for the Holiday season. Some inventory was low. Expected 1 week before Christmas. Still the store was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. This store has groceries and Housewares. Good location and free off street parking. The check out line was long maybe 80 people in line, it moved quickly. The Check out clerk was very friendly. Must have been a long day for the check out folks.

2 /5 Loretta Bennett: This is the worst Target ever!! The whole store looked like it was vandalized!! Clothes on the floor, everywhere!! The bathrooms were over flowing with garbage!! Not toilet paper!! Toilet paper all over the floors!! I realize this is their busy season but thats why you have a staff!! The staff....walking around on their phones!! Chatting right in front of you but not helping anyone!! This is the SLUMS OF TARGET!!! One last thing, there was nothing on a lot of the shelves. A lot on the floors, but Im guessing they sold out of items and didnt have any extra of anything in the stock rooms.
