Torrid - (Near Greensburg, PA)

1 /5 Emma Jones: if i could rate this negative stars I would!!! I stopped into the store and they were around an hour from close. I spent a few hundred there, like i normally do. By the time i was done checking out it was about 30 minutes from close and I had seen some more stuff that I liked. The manager Kerri decided to chase me out of the store! Then told me to NEVER come back. I shop with torrid quite often and never had such a bad experience. As Keri was chasing me out of the store the other employee was in the process of checking herself out with loads of stuff that she had on hold. Now, I had worked retail and at no establishment were you allowed to check yourself out, another employee always had to do it. I can tell you that it was very sketchy on what these two were doing and made me very uncomfortable and unwelcome at the store. If your thinking about going here your better to find a different store!

1 /5 Sarah Sedlak: Staff was inattentive to the point of rudeness. I found a few cute things but after being iced out I decided to spend my money at Macys instead.

4 /5 Amanda Bahney: Always a friendly place to shop, the girls that work there are so nice. Expensive, but worth it for clothes that dont look like they were made for little old ladies

1 /5 Christine Calderone: I used to shop this store all of the time and had a pretty decent experience but the last 3 or 4 times-- NOT SO MUCH! I had a few questions about prices or sizes--ya know.... normal things as a shopper in a store. The girl working in the Greensburg store (I think shes a manager or assistant manager- I wont call her out by name but her name does begin with a "J" ) absolutely the rudest person Ive ever met in retail! People like this working in a store make the customer want to shop on line! Needless to say, after the same treatment from the same girl 3 or 4 times, I wont be returning.

4 /5 Nichol Nolf: Even though this store in Greensburg is small, they carry a good variety without it looking cluttered. I love that they have big fans in the dressing rooms too keep it cooler. The girls who work there are friendly & helpful. Normally I order my clothes online in a variety of sizes & return what doesnt work; and theyre always so patient with me.
