Torrid - Shop PA (Near Wilkes-Barre Township)

Aaron Redis As with most Aero stores, its very cramped and hard to maneuver. Its a little nerve racking because every one is on top of one another. Another things that also frustrates me is that they mostly stock the store with XS and S. Not everyone can fit these sizes; it discourages me from even trying to find something I like when the likelihood of my size being available is so slim. HOWEVER, I did encounter a very enthusiastic and helpful staff member. Going out of her way to find select styles that I liked in my size helped me to narrow my choices. I visit this location frequently and shes always so helpful, which keeps me coming back. If theres anything for me here, I can count on her to help me find it!

Taylor Odelli The lady working cologne did an amazing job at explaining the different types of colognes/perfumes for me. Her name started with an “A”, maybe Amber. Highly recommend.

Nixzaliz Crofford I ordered two shirts online for store pick up today. I was at the mall for something else, but hadnt gotten the email letting me know my purchase was ready to be picked up. I went to express and figured I take a chance and ask them if I can have my items since I was there already. The two gentlemen that helped me today (wish I would have taken their name) asked for my order number and were very nice and got my items for me. I know they didnt have to and could have asked me to wait for the email. I really appreciate the great customer service I received today.

Nichol Nolf Even though this store in Greensburg is small, they carry a good variety without it looking cluttered. I love that they have big fans in the dressing rooms too keep it cooler. The girls who work there are friendly & helpful. Normally I order my clothes online in a variety of sizes & return what doesnt work; and theyre always so patient with me.

Sue Evancho My daughter was treated like a queen there. Both sales girls were super friendly. They helped my daughter find the styles and the sizes to fit her body shape. They were fantastic. We will most definitely be going back. I will be calling and telling the supervisor of the wonderful experience we had that day.
