Cathy Cochran Sales lady nicely asked to hold the dresses I wanted to try on and helped me try to find one to match my boots. I found a great dress to match my boots on clearance and even some bangle bracelets to go with it. Its a great store if you need to dress up a little but not over the top and reasonably priced.

Taylor W I hung up before doing a survey for Candice. Supervisor Candice at JCPenney was absolutely amazing. I originally placed an order last week, but for some reason it was canceled. When I tried to reorder, the price had gone up to almost $75. The first customer service agent offered free delivery, which I already qualified for, and an $8 credit. Then I spoke with Supervisor Candice, and she was incredibly helpful. She matched the original sale price with no hesitation. Quality customer service is hard to come by these days, but every once in a while you get lucky. Please give Candice in Ohio a raise, she truly deserves it!
