1 /5 Miguel Trujillo: Horrible service at this Target. I placed a Drive up order yesterday. One of the items was out of stock so I had to ship that, which is fine, no problem there. The issue is with the ladies working the Drive up. They bring my order out, but one item was missing, the biggest item. How in the world do you not realize you dont have the biggest item in the order? I tell the girl that the item was missing, she pretty much just ignores me. Im standing waiting for someone to help me. I tell another lady that was working Drive up that Im missing and item. So Im standing there waiting for about 20 minutes and nothing. I go up to the original girl that brought out my order, and I ask her if they found my item. She then rudely tells me, that they havent even looked for my item yet, and that I have to move my car and go inside and wait in another line and ask them to find my item. I dont understand why she was being rude to me, I wasnt rude to them, I was just wondering where my item was. If she would have done her job properly, then there wouldnt have been an issue and I would have been gone a long time ago. Its sad that they are rude to you, when they messed up. Its not my fault she didnt do her job right and forgot the biggest item in my order. So I move my car and go inside and wait in line at guest services, and Im finally approached by a taller blonde lady, I tell her my issue, and she starts being rude too. Then she finally says she will go look for the item and walks away. She must have forgotten or something because I was standing there waiting for almost 30 minutes. By this time Im getting upset and frustrated. And the whole time Im standing in guest services, I hear the workers talking about everything but their job. Maybe if they focused on doing their job, they would be able to perform better. Or maybe they need better management their that will help their employees provide a better service to their customers, because customers are the only reason these store stay in business, so I dont understand why I only received rude treatment for their mistake. This place is a joke, obviously management hear is a joke because they allow their employees to treat customers that way. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, or you might be treated rudely if they mess up your order.
