She made the entire experience so enjoyable, she found the perfect outfits for everyone in the family, and the entire process took about 20 min. Just cant say thank you enough! Customer service was top notch, cant recommend this location (and Adyson) enough!

5 /5 Kara Smith: We shop in store everytime we make it to CS, but living so far away, I needed an Aggie gear update. This was my second time ordering online. Arrives in a reasonable time (this isn’t a giant Amazon warehouse, remember, this is a privately owned company who cares about their products). Everything is neatly wrapped, carefully packaged and checked by hand. Yes, it costs more than Walmart (or the previously aforementioned conglomerate) but everything is velvety soft, comfy and cute. This order was exactly right, but they left out one small item from my first order— I called and they apologized for the oversight and immediately shipped it out to me. It was no problem. We love supporting Aggieland Outfitters and it’s so refreshing to find competent customer service these days!
