American Eagle - (Near Lufkin, TX)

2 /5 anonymous b: Went in last week and was not greeted when I walked in or was looking around. when I walked up to the register the cashier, a white brunette female with a limp, didn’t say a single word before or while ringing me up. she didn’t ask for my number for my rewards account or even give me my total. when handing me my bag I said “thank you”, and once again not a single word from her. this is one of the main reasons why I do not shop at our local AE. I’d rather make the drive to tyler or the woodlands where great customer service is shown and given. the times I have come into AE in lufkin, hallie is the only associate who always speaks and is helpful! everyone else is rude and doesn’t acknowledge guests.

5 /5 Miard Miller: Expecting an ordeal, I went in to purchase a couple pairs of jeans for a friend. The young lady that greeted me knew exactly what I was looking for from my brief discription of their style. I got in and out of the store quickly thanks to the staff. Thats how a clothing store should function.

1 /5 Amanda Winfield: My husband and I walked into the store this evening looking for jeans. We were the only two customers in the store, and there were 3 employees congregating at the register. We walked right passed them. Noone said hello, or even acknowledged that we were there. We looked around for a bit and left without any help or a goodbye.
