Christian Tee This place is .....okay. Located on the Jcpenney end so its less crowded. I love the clothes. However, I typically encounter rude staff and/or a lack of customer service. I only return because I like the clothes.

Chance Hendershot I visited 3 other local western stores in Waco, Boot Barn was the only one that acknowledged us in the store. Ron went above and beyond with helping me find a pair of dress boots and a Stetson hat. Definitely a first class crew and completely customer focused.

Alysia Perkins Stopped in to ask about shoes I saw online. The manager was very helpful, and I placed an order for home delivery. When they came in, there were missing stones. I went back to the store, and they offered a refund, but there was no guarantee I could get a reorder since stock was low for my sz 6. We came to a resolution, and I was able to get the stones replaced. These boots are amazing and comfortable. Im so happy with these.

PAULA CANTRELL My daughter and I came in today with my two grandsons Gigi was very helpful very attentive to my grandson to help him pick out a pair of pants and shoes that he liked and made him feel very comfortable in the store hes 7 years old the other one is two and a half we had quite a nice experience she and Elena are very professional and very attentive to their customers treated us like family so to speak made us very comfortable in the store thank you so very much A Satisfied customer

Amanda S Great prices and sales. Whoever is purchasing and choosing what clothes, shows, belts, to buy and have inventory of understands what is ON TREND. Cashiers go over everything returns when you check out. Kpop fans will recognize (at least with the 4/2022 batch of clothes) a lot of fits from various groups but our group refered to this store as The Hyuna store because so many individual pieces were so her style.
