Nadeem N I walked into JCPenney with zero expectations actually, more like avoiding it for years because I assumed the prices would be sky-high and not worth the trip. But wow, was I wrong. This place was like walking into a secret warehouse of discounts that no one talks about. I don’t know if they’re trying to be low-key about it or what, because I swear these deals aren’t being blasted online or anywhere else I usually see ads. Its almost like they’re hiding these sales for people who actually show up in person. If that’s their marketing strategy, it’s working now, because I’m telling everyone. We saw Liz Claiborne handbags for 50% off, a rainbow wall of crewneck shirts for $5.99 each, Pokémon backpack sets, and even 4th of July sandal sales for under $30. You could literally redo your whole closet or back-to-school list in one sweep and not break the bank. I was so surprised, I had to stop and take photos not for clout, but to remind myself to come back, because my memory is mostly folders of random thoughts unless I log stuff visually. While I was browsing and snapping pics, an employee from cosmetic came up to me asking if everything was okay. At first I was like, “Uh oh, am I doing something wrong?” but she wasn’t rude at all—just doing her job and keeping an eye on things. Honestly, its rare to see staff that attentive anymore. She didn’t hover or make it weird, just checked in and moved on. Five stars to employee for being present and professional. The store was also super clean and well-organized. Clothes were folded, shelves were full but not chaotic, and everything felt intuitive to navigate. It didn’t feel like a chore to shop here, which for me is a big deal because most stores either overstimulate or underdeliver. JCPenney is officially back on my radar. Great prices, organized layout, attentive staff, and deals that deserve more hype.

J D I shop this Target location regularly as a Shipt shopper, and overall the team does a solid job. Employees are generally approachable, cashiers are polite and efficient, and management presence is noticeable. I do want to recognize the effort from team members who take the time to go to the back and look for items when something isn’t on the shelf — that follow-through makes a real difference and is appreciated. That said, there are times when shelves aren’t stocked as efficiently as they could be, which can be frustrating during busy periods. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it’s an area where improvement would make the experience smoother for both customers and shoppers. Overall, this is a good store with a hardworking team. With a little more consistency in stocking, it could easily be a great one.

Olis Mom Alicia at this location is amazing. I had stopped coming in store because of a rude worker and just started picking up online orders. I went in for pick up with my daughter and was greeted by Alicia and she was so great. She even asked if I wanted to try on my online pickup to make sure it fit before I left. I ended up shopping around and found some other really nice items to buy. Im going to start shopping in store again thanks to Alicia. She made our experience at Maurices enjoyable again.

rubber chicken8 After finding some items I went to checkout. Alexia at the cash register rang up the items and offered to sign me up for membership. I agreed. She ran through it quickly and easily. It was a breeze. Once added she notified me of the items on sale and how much I saved. She then encouraged me to use my new membership every time I purchased something so that I could save money. She was knowledgeable and quick at her job. A good worker and a smooth buying experience, I couldnt ask for more. Thanks.
