1 /5 Iris Z: I had a very disappointing in-store experience at this location.
I purchased several items during Black Friday and went to the store to return a few of them. At the time of purchase in-store, no associate mentioned that discounted items could only be returned for store credit. There were no signs, no verbal reminders, and no clear notice anywhere in the store indicating this restriction. As a first-time customer, I had absolutely no idea about this policy.
When I tried to return my items, the associate who helped me was impatient and dismissive. I was confused because this was never mentioned during purchase, and I asked for clarification. Instead of explaining, she simply repeated “store credit only” with a poor attitude.
The lack of transparency about the return policy at the store—combined with the unprofessional attitude from the associate—made the experience extremely disappointing. I truly hope this location improves communication with customers and provides clearer information at the time of purchase.
